Pricing and Currency

All prices on our website are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your product if:

The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
You received the wrong product
The product does not match the description on our website
The product is unopened and in its original packaging (for change of mind returns)

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

Products that have been used or show signs of use
Products without original packaging, accessories, or documentation
Software products with broken seals or activated licenses
Custom-ordered or personalized items
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Refund Process

To request a refund:

Provide your order number and reason for return
Include photos of the product if claiming damage or defect
Return the product in its original condition and packaging

Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Products must be returned to our address in Dubai within 7 days of approval.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or specification, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and price differences may apply.

Warranty Claims

Products covered by manufacturer warranty should be directed to the manufacturer's service center. We will assist you with warranty claim procedures and documentation as needed.
